About: Stephen Dann

This blog is run by Dr Stephen Dann, lecturer of MKTG2032 eMarketing and MKTG7037 Electronic marketing as a resource for the students in the class, and to show off that he can run a blog over the same time frame that he's making the students do their blog project. This course explores strategic marketing issues related to the use of e-commerce solutions for business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) transactions. Specific topics include the characteristics and behaviour of the online consumer, the characteristics of the business buyer, internet marketing strategies for B2B and B2C channels, developing internet marketing plans for B2B and B2C channels, and the management and control of marketing channels, marketing communication and pricing in online contexts.
